Chambers & Partners gives H&L another top tier ranking

Chambers & Partners has released its 2013 USA Clients Guide, which once again ranks Horvitz & Levy in the top tier of appellate firms in California. Of the two firms ranked in the top tier, H&L is the only one that focuses exclusively on appellate litigation. Chambers notes that the firm “has carved a highly successful niche for itself as the largest civil appellate boutique in the country,” and notes that the “highly regarded members of its bench have experience working in a variety of practices.” The Chambers guide also highlights the work of individual attorneys David Axelrad, Jon Eisenberg, Lisa Perrochet and Mitch Tilner.
