As noted here, the Supreme Court is participating in a Conference and Special Oral Argument Session to be hosted by the California Constitution Center at UC Berkeley School of Law. The conference, “SCOCA 2013,” will be held Friday, October 4. Among the speakers will be Horvitz & Levy partner Jeremy Rosen. The special argument session will be held Wednesday, October 9. Conference registration opens July 29.
The California Constitution Center is “devoted exclusively to studying the constitution and high court of the state of California.” It is the brainchild of its founding Executive Director, Berkeley Law professor David Carrillo.
