The Supreme Court conferenced today and the conference results should be posted soon. Tomorrow morning, the court will issue two opinions.
Usually, we report on the conference on Thursdays and summarize opinions the same day they’re filed.
This week will be different, however. Because I’ll be traveling to and from an out-of-town event, blogging about the conference and the opinions probably won’t happen until the weekend or early next week.
