Tomorrow morning, the Supreme Court will file its opinions in Attorney General v. Bianco and Cervantes v. Bianco. (Briefs here; oral argument videos here and here.)
Both cases — argued at a rare special session just a month ago — involve the Riverside County Sheriff’s seizure of over 600,000 ballots that had been cast in the county at the November 2025 election.
