Warren Chu draws on his broad experience in high-stakes trial and appellate litigation to make the legal system work for his clients.
Warren has litigated across a wide range of practice areas including intellectual property, breach of contract, trade secrets, and antitrust. Warren applies his cross-discipline expertise to identify and refine the most persuasive approaches to help his clients win at trial and on appeal.
Before joining the firm, Warren served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lara E. Montecalvo of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and for the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He previously practiced as a litigation associate with Hueston Hennigan LLP and Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, where he was a member of several trial teams and participated in all stages of litigation.
