
Jeff’s broad experience in high-stakes appellate and trial litigation helps clients navigate their most difficult issues at each level of the court system.
He has litigated a diverse range of cases, including antitrust, securities, breach of contract, mass tort, and labor and employment issues. Before joining the firm, Jeff served as a law clerk for the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin of the Central District of California, and then for the Honorable Albert Diaz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He previously practiced as an associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP.
