Because it’s Thanksgiving week, the Supreme Court will conference tomorrow instead of on a Wednesday as usual.
This year, there will be four non-Wednesday conferences, and half of them are this month. Two weeks ago, the court conferenced on a Tuesday because the Wednesday of that week was Veteran’s Day, a court holiday. Next year, only one conference will be held on a day other than Wednesday.
The results from tomorrow’s conference will probably be available by Wednesday morning.
