The Chicago Bar Association will present Supreme Court Justice Goodwin Liu with one of its Vanguard Awards on April 21. The awards “honor[ ] individuals and institutions who have made the law and legal profession more accessible to and reflective of the community at large.”
Justice Liu’s award, which is sponsored by the Asian American Bar Association, will be shared with Ajay K. Mehrotra and the American Bar Foundation for their work on “Portrait Project 2.0: Asian Americans in the Legal Profession.” (See here.)
