Scott P. Dixler appointmented to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center’s State Litigation Advisory Committee

We are proud to congratulate Scott P. Dixler on his appointment to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center’s State Litigation Advisory Committee. The litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce draws on the expertise of top appellate lawyers across the country to shape litigation strategy on issues of critical importance to American business. Scott’s appointment reflects both his standing in the appellate community and his deep experience in complex business litigation. We are delighted to see him take on this role.
