The Supreme Court has posted videos of the oral arguments in the two cases heard on its December calendar.
Opinions in the cases are on different filing timelines. People v. Morgan should be decided by March 2. However, the court last week vacated submission and ordered supplemental briefing in Shear Development Co. v. California Coastal Commission with an opinion now expected as late as May 4.
