Jeremy Rosen appointed to Law 360 Editorial Advisory Board

Horvitz & Levy partner Jeremy Rosen has been appointed to the Law 360 Media and Entertainment Editorial Advisory Board for 2013. Law 360 is a national legal publisher that provides comprehensive coverage of major developments in the law and the legal profession. The purpose of the Board is to advise Law 360 on its coverage of media and entertainment issues. Mr. Rosen has substantial experience handling appeals in state and federal courts on media and entertainment related issues including appeals regarding California’s anti-SLAPP statute, the Uniform Single Publication Act, defamation claims, right of publicity claims, and other First Amendment issues.
