Horvitz & Levy partner Jeremy Rosen has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s State Appellate Judicial Evaluation Committee. The committee evaluates all potential candidates for appointment to the Second Appellate District of the California Court of Appeal.
