Chambers & Partners has released its 2014 USA Clients Guide, which once again ranks Horvitz & Levy LLP in the top tier of appellate firms in California. Chambers awarded a top tier ranking to two firms, with H&L being the only one that focuses exclusively on appellate litigation.
