Pepperdine Ninth Circuit clinic, directed by Jeremy Rosen, enjoying high success rate

Since 2013, Horvitz & Levy LLP partner Jeremy Rosen has directed Pepperdine Law School’s Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic. The clinic is about to be assigned its seventh Ninth Circuit appeal by the court. As noted in the law school’s press release, the clinic has so far won four of the five appeals that have concluded. Dean Deanell R. Tacha, dean of Pepperdine Law and former Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals noted that “We are proud that these outstanding Pepperdine students are serving their clients and the court so successfully.”
