Horvitz & Levy welcomes Joshua C. McDaniel

Horvitz & Levy LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Joshua C. McDaniel to the firm. Mr. McDaniel joins the firm after completing two clerkships. Most recently, he clerked for Judge Jay S. Bybee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to that, he was a law clerk for Judge Cormac J. Carney of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He also worked as a litigation associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP before his clerkships. Mr. McDaniel attended UCLA School of Law, where he graduated first in his class. He was also a Senior Editor of the UCLA Law Review and a Michael T. Masin Scholar. He received top honors in the UCLA Moot Court Competition, winning the Outstanding Team award and receiving individual recognition as the competition’s yearlong highest-scoring brief writer.
