Horvitz & Levy attorney Joshua C. McDaniel has been elected President of the Los Angeles Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society. The Federalist Society works within all levels of the legal community to promote an awareness of the current state of the legal order and places a premium on individual liberty, traditional values, and the rule of law.
Josh also serves on the board of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Los Angeles Chapter.
Before joining Horvitz & Levy, Josh served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jay S. Bybee of the US. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Cormac J. Carney of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
