Horvitz & Levy partner Steve Fleischman will be joining other experts in conducting a multi-part workshop regarding combating Reptile tactics at the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada’s 59th annual meeting from December 6th to 7th. The workshop will expand on Mr. Fleischman’s October presentation to the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and will on educating judges about Reptile tactics, combating the Reptile during voir dire and opening statements, and preserving the record on appeal.
