Effective January 1, 2022, Shane H. McKenzie joined the partnership of Horvitz & Levy LLP.
Since joining Horvitz & Levy in 2015, McKenzie has served as lead appellate counsel in numerous appeals and consulted on numerous trials, with an emphasis on products liability, professional negligence, and partnership disputes. Shane is a skilled advocate who will often parachute into trials at the eleventh hour or take over an appeal prior to oral argument. Shane consistently helps leading businesses and professionals, automobile manufacturers, and insurance companies preserve issues and win them, at trial and on appeal.
McKenzie graduated from Columbia Law School in 2003 and began her career at Quinn Emanuel LLP. Currently, McKenzie serves on the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s State Appellate Judicial Evaluation Committee.
