At its winter meeting in Los Angeles, the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers (“CAAL”) voted to induct Shane Mckenzie as a new member.
CAAL was founded in 1972 and is the nation’s oldest lawyers organization dedicated to the practice of appellate law. Its members are California lawyers with significant appellate experience and are elected to membership only after rigorous review of reputation, skill and character. In addition to Shane, Horvitz & Levy attorneys David Axelrad, Frederic Cohen, David Ettinger, Steven Fleischman, Daniel Gonzalez, Jason Litt, Jeremy Rosen, John Taylor, and Mitchell Tilner are also members of CAAL.
