The Supreme Court has posted videos of four of the eight oral arguments that were heard on the court’s late-May calendar. The remainder of the videos should be available within a week or so.
Opinions in six of the eight cases should file by August 18. Because of post-argument briefing, the People v. Chhuon and Pan and People v. Cardenas death penalty appeals might not be decided until mid-October and mid-September, respectively. (See here.)
