Starting tomorrow, I will be taking a six-week sabbatical in order to do some traveling and spend time with my family. I probably won’t be doing much blogging my sabbatical, but my colleagues will be filling in for me, keeping an eye out for noteworthy developments in punitive damages law and litigation.
