The Supreme Court has posted videos of three of the nine oral arguments that were heard on the court’s early-May calendar — People v. Lynch, People v. Wilson, and People v. Frazier. Video of a fourth argument — in the challenge to the anti-tax initiative in Legislature v. Weber — was posted the same day as the argument.
Opinions in all the early-May cases should file by August 5, but the Legislature v. Weber opinion is likely to issue before June 27 (see here).
