Former Justice William Clark dies

Power Line is reporting that retired California Supreme Court Associate Justice William P. Clark, Jr., died this morning. Clark served on the court for eight years, from 1973 to 1981. He was appointed by Governor Reagan and he resigned from the court to serve President Reagan as Deputy Secretary of State and later as National Security Advisor and Secretary of the Interior. He was 81.
