According to Katie Rogers at the New York Times and others, “President Biden has interviewed at least three candidates for his Supreme Court nomination,” including California Supreme Court Justice Leondra Kruger. The interviews, which reportedly began late last week and included at least one in-person interview, indicate that Biden will announce his choice by Monday, as promised.
