With the COVID-19 pandemic continuing, the Supreme Court is in no rush to change its current safety policies.
Judicial Council spokesperson Cathal Conneely tells At The Lectern that remote oral argument sessions “will continue until further notice” and that the court’s telework program, which was to remain in effect until July 12, “has been extended through the end of the year.” Also, the justices will continue to participate remotely in the court’s Wednesday conferences.
