Gina Kim reported in Thursday’s Daily Journal on a superior court order requiring prospective jurors in an asbestos personal injury lawsuit to wear masks and on the summary denial by the First District, Division Four, Court of Appeal of a writ petition challenging the order. The Supreme Court on Friday likewise summarily denied a petition for review that was filed in the case the day before.
It’s yet another pandemic docket case.
