Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear the five cases on its early-May calendar. It will be the second batch of remote arguments under the court’s COVID-19 protocols, where all attorneys appear by video or telephone.
At the first remote session, four justices — Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye and Justices Carol Corrigan, Goodwin Liu, and Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar — were in the courtroom. The other three — Justices Ming Chin, Leondra Kruger, and Joshua Groban — were remote participants. For tomorrow’s arguments, as of today, only the Chief Justice and Justice Corrigan are scheduled to be in the courtroom.
The arguments will be live streamed.
As in any other oral argument week, the court won’t be conferencing this week.
