Supreme Court remote arguments going well [Photos] [Updated]

April 7, 2020

The Supreme Court is now conducting its first remote oral argument session, the April calendar.  Screenshots below.  (Click on the photos to enlarge.)  Arguments will continue this afternoon and tomorrow morning.

In addition to Justices Ming Chin and Joshua Groban, Justice Leondra Kruger is participating remotely.

The arguments are being live streamed.

Kudos to the court’s IT team.  The arguments are going about as smoothly as possible with only a few minor glitches.

As in any other oral argument week, the court won’t be conferencing this week.
