When the State Bar goofed last month by sending to some law school deans the general subjects of portions of a bar exam that hadn’t happened yet, the Supreme Court said it would “thorough[ly]” investigate the “inappropriate” disclosure. Today, the court announced it has hired retired Third District Court of Appeal Presiding Justice Arthur Scotland and his law firm to lead the investigation.
