Webinar on the two recent Supreme Court UCL opinions

August 15, 2013

Two weeks ago, the Supreme Court filed a pair of opinions regarding California’s Unfair Competition Law (Bus. & Prof. Code, § 17200) — Zhang v. Superior Court and Rose v. Bank of America.

Wasting little time, the State Bar is hosting a webinar next Wednesday, August 21, on the cases and their implications for the future. The program will feature attorneys in Zhang and Rose, including Horvitz & Levy’s Peter Abrahams, who briefed and argued Zhang. The UCL Practitioner blog thinks it’s going to be a very good program. We won’t argue with an expert in the field.
