Stanley H. Chen
Stanley Chen is an associate at the firm with litigation experience in practice areas that include employment litigation, the anti-SLAPP statute, consumer and warranty litigation (including the Song Beverly Act and CLRA), patent law, and insurance fraud claims.
Prior to joining Horvitz & Levy, Mr. Chen practiced litigation at Hueston Hennigan LLP, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mr. Chen received his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago, and his doctorate in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School, cum laude, where he was Submissions Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
