Marshall previously served as an Honors Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General where he litigated high-stakes cases in more than twenty counties and several California federal courts on behalf of the State of California and its agencies and officers.
Marshall earned his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he externed for Administrative Presiding Justice Jim Humes at the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Merced, where he co-founded the Merced County Youth Court and was a captain of the men’s basketball team.
Marshall joined the firm after clerking for Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
