Horvitz & Levy LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Steven Fleischman has joined the firm. Mr. Fleischman is an experienced appellate attorney who has been lead counsel in over 30 appeals and writ proceedings. He has handled appeals in a wide number of areas, including mobilehome park law, takings law, breach of contract and fraud, unfair competition law, insurance law, and legal malpractice.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fleischman was Senior Counsel at Robie & Matthai and was a litigation partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman in its Los Angeles office.
Mr. Fleischman is Chair of the Amicus Committee of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Amicus and Professional Responsibility Committee, its Ethics Committee, and its Appellate Courts Section.
