The Daily Journal has included Horvitz & Levy partner Felix Shafir in its list of top labor and employment lawyers for the 9th consecutive year. The list honors California's leading labor and employment lawyers for their career accomplishments and outstanding achievements in the past year.  The Daily Journal highlights Felix's continued string of appellate victories and amicus support critical to the development of labor and employment law, including in Turrieta v. Lyft, Inc. (2024), where Felix successfully convinced the California Supreme Court to restrict objectors’ ability to try to derail the settlement of representative claims under thePrivate Attorneys General Act (PAGA). The article also highlights Felix's influential amicus brief before the United States Supreme Court in Viking River Cruises, Inc v. Moriana (2021).
