The Supreme Court tomorrow will file its opinion in Today’s Fresh Start, Inc. v. Los Angeles County Office of Education, which raises the issue whether due process requires an evidentiary hearing before a neutral hearing officer or decision-maker prior to the revocation of a charter school’s charter by a county board of education. The case was argued on the court’s late-May calendar.
