Scott Panek joined the firm in 2025 as part of Horvitz & Levy’s Appellate Fellowship Program. As a fellow, he assists in drafting appellate briefs, motions, and letters to the court.  He also supports other Horvitz & Levy attorneys by researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda, developing articles for publication, and cite-checking briefs and motions.

Scott graduated from Harvard Law School in 2022.  As a law student, he served as a clerk at Disability Rights Wisconsin, providing legal assistance to clients regarding their discrimination claims.  Prior to joining the firm, Scott was as an associate at an international law firm in New York.  Scott obtained a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Pomona College and a master’s degree in Spanish Literature from Middlebury College.
