Andrea L. Russi
Andrea Russi is senior counsel in the firm’s San Francisco office. She has served as a staff attorney to Presiding Justice Ignazio Ruvolo (retired) in the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District. She also served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California where she was a member of the criminal appeals section. Ms. Russi authored more than 40 appellate briefs and argued 20 cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Ms. Russi also served as a Lecturer in Residence for the UC Berkeley School of Law where she was the Managing Director and Director of Criminal Justice for The Chief Justice Earl Warren Institute on Law & Social Policy. She was a Lecturer in Law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where she taught appellate advocacy. Ms. Russi was an associate at Latham and Watkins.
Ms. Russi graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley. She was the Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Law Review.
