Allison W. Meredith
Allison Whitt Meredith has defended clients at the appellate level in products liability cases, employment matters, and high-exposure personal injury cases. Allison has also assisted trial counsel in high-stakes trials by drafting motions in limine, jury instructions, trial briefs, verdict forms, and post-trial motions, resulting in favorable verdicts and pre-trial settlements for her clients. She is also familiar with the evolving cannabis rules and regulations. She has appeared on behalf of clients as appellate counsel in the California Court of Appeal and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and as trial counsel in the California Superior Courts and federal District Courts.
Allison is a 2017 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The LCLD is an organization of more than 200 members who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of leading law firms. LCLD develops action programs designed to help a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
Allison is an associate with the firm. Before joining the firm, Allison practiced as a litigation associate at Irell & Manella LLP and Vedder Price.
