H&L named to list of top California appellate practices.
August 31, 2012
Horvitz & Levy has been selected by The Recorder as one of the top appellate practices in California. The Recorder featured nine firms based on recent notable wins and input from members of the California appellate bar. The work of partners David Axelrad, Curt Cutting, Lisa Perrochet and Mitch Tilner, along with Jon Eisenberg (of counsel), were highlighted.
The Recorder focused on several key decisions in which Horvitz & Levy attorneys helped clients achieve major victories in the California Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit: O’Neil v. Crane Co., Christoff v. Nestlé USA, and PSM Holding v. National Farm Financial.
This distinction closely follows Horvitz & Levy’s selection to The National Law Journal’s Appellate Hot List, which highlights “the law firms that are turning in the most exemplary, cutting-edge advocacy before the U.S. Supreme Court, federal Circuit Court of Appeal or state supreme courts.”
