Horvitz & Levy partner John Taylor reappointed to serve a second three-year term as a member of the Appellate Advisory Committee of the California Judicial Council.

Chief Justice Ronald George of the California Supreme Court has reappointed John Taylor to serve a second three-year term on the Appellate Advisory Committee of the California Judicial Council. As one of three private civil attorneys on the committee, Mr. Taylor will continue to make recommendations for improving the administration of justice in appellate proceedings; identify issues of concern to practitioners in the appellate courts; and review and propose rule revisions governing procedures, forms, standards, practices, and operations of the appellate courts. The appointment is effective November 1.
