Horvitz & Levy proudly welcomes new associate attorneys: Jasjaap Sidhu, Jason Siu, and Jeffrey Vides. 

Jasjaap has a background in the appellate and trial courts and has represented a number of clients in various sectors, including government entities, major institutions, and individuals defending against allegations of serious misconduct. Before joining Horvitz & Levy, Jasjaap practiced for a top-tier civil litigation boutique in its Los Angeles offices. Prior to that, he clerked for the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta of the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the Central District of California. JasJaap gained his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, where he was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. 

Jason has a wealth of experience handling appeals and complex litigation in a broad range of legal areas, including civil rights, labor and employment, breach of contract, securities, and mass tort issues.He formerly practiced for a global law firm in its D.C. office. Before doing so, he clerked for four federal judges: The Honorable W. Eugene Davis of the Fifth Circuit; The Honorable Eldon E. Fallon of the Eastern District of Louisiana; The Honorable Charles R. Breyer and the Honorable Vince Chhabria of the Northern District of California. He was also an adjunct professor at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). Jason gained his juris doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was Articles & Essays Editor of the California Law Review, Senior Articles Editor of the Asian American Law Journal, and competed in the National Moot Court Competition.

Jeffrey has experience helping clients navigate complex issues at each level of the court system. He previously practiced for a multinational law firm where he litigated a diverse range of cases, including antitrust, securities, breach of contract, mass tort, and labor and employment issues. Jeff gained appellate experience clerking for two federal judges: The Honorable Fernando M. Olguin of the Central District of California and The Honorable Albert Diaz of the Fourth Circuit. He gained his juris doctorate from UCLA School of Law, Order of the Coif, where he was Managing Editor on the UCLA Law Review.
