Horvitz & Levy is excited to announce that Jeremy Rosen, a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office, will be moving to San Francisco to serve as the managing partner of the firm’s San Francisco office effective May 2, 2022. The firm’s San Francisco office opened in 2018 and has five resident lawyers.
Rosen said “I am thrilled about my move to our San Francisco office. My colleagues there have been doing great work handling civil appeals in state and federal courts, drawing on their prior experience working for judges at every level of the appellate system in California, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, California Supreme Court, and the California Court of Appeal. In my view, it is the finest collection of appellate lawyers in the Bay Area.”
Horvitz & Levy co-managing partner Karen Bray said that “the firm is delighted that Jeremy is joining our San Francisco office. For over two decades, Jeremy has been a leading appellate lawyer in the state and federal appellate courts handling a wide range of challenging appeals. He will be a great addition to the talented group of lawyers already working in our San Francisco office. We are continuing to expand our San Francisco office to serve our clients.”
