How Jasjaap Helps Clients

Jasjaap helps clients achieve favorable resolutions at all stages of litigation by crafting carefully researched arguments and communicating them effectively.  In the appellate courts, Jasjaap draws on his experience from two federal clerkships to draft persuasive briefs.  And in the trial courts, Jasjaap applies the skills he developed at a top tier litigation boutique to consult on pretrial and posttrial motions and advise clients on strategic matters.  Jasjaap assists a wide range of clients, including government entities, major institutions, and individuals defending against allegations of serious misconduct.

Jasjaap is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.  Following law school, Jasjaap served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and then for the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  After his clerkships, Jasjaap worked as an associate in the Los Angeles office of Susman Godfrey LLP.
