Horvitz & Levy proudly welcomes new partner Justin Sarno.

Justin has decades of experience defending public entities, manufacturers, and corporations against high-stakes litigation. He has briefed cases before various state and federal appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and all California Courts of Appeal districts. Before joining Horvitz & Levy, Justin was a trial and appellate attorney for a boutique law firm in downtown Los Angeles, representing government entities across Southern California, including the City of Pasadena, Santa Ana, Manhattan Beach, Arcadia, Anaheim, Simi Valley, Culver City, Upland, and County of Los Angeles. He then joined two multinational law firms, representing large private corporations in appeals across three litigation sectors: government regulation and investigations, product liability and class actions, and business and commercial disputes.

Justin is a certified appellate specialist in the state of California and is an elected member of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers (CAAL).
