How Helps Clients
Emma Wine joined the firm in 2024 as part of Horvitz & Levy’s Appellate Fellowship Program. As a fellow, she assists in drafting appellate briefs, motions, and letters to the court. She also supports other Horvitz & Levy attorneys by researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda, developing articles for publication, and cite-checking briefs and motions.
Emma obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. During school, she served as a Technical Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and participated in the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic, providing legal assistance to clients in identifying and obtaining immigration relief. She also served as a legal intern at Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project and worked as a summer associate at Meyer, Olson, Lowy & Meyers, LLP. Prior to law school, Emma obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from Marquette University.
