How Justin Helps Clients
Justin joined the firm in 2024 as part of Horvitz & Levy’s Appellate Fellowship Program. As a Fellow, he assists in drafting appellate briefs, motions, and letters to the court. He also supports other Horvitz & Levy attorneys by researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda, and cite-checking briefs and motions.
Justin graduated from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. During law school, he served as a symposium editor for the Journal for Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law, a business track director for the Palmer Center, and President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. He also worked as a law clerk at RMT Capital Management. Before law school, Justin graduated from University of California, San Diego with his bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
