How Leonardo Helps Clients
Leo’s practice centers on complex litigation and appeals. He has litigated disputes involving a range of legal issues, including civil rights, securities, contract, labor and employment, and regulatory issues.Before joining the firm, Leo was an associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP in Washington, DC. There, he coauthored briefs before the United States Supreme Court and other appellate courts throughout the country. Before that, Leo clerked for Justice Goodwin Liu of the Supreme Court of California and for Judge Henry F. Floyd of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Leo earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif. While there, he was an Executive Editor of the Cornell Law Review and earned the Robert Cantwell Prize for Exemplary Student Research for his student note. Before law school, Leo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
