Horvitz & Levy LLP publishes a comprehensive manual on the Medical Injury Compensation Reform Act, authored by S. Thomas Todd. The MICRA Manual is a regularly updated analysis of all aspects of MICRA, including an authoritative analysis of the periodic payments statute.

The 2006 edition of the MICRA Manual is now available and reflects updates through the end of 2005.
