Allison W. Meredith
Allison Whitt Meredith is an associate who has defended clients in high-exposure injury cases and complex business matters in practice areas that include corporate governance, partnership, intellectual property, securities, class actions, the anti-SLAPP statute, and financial industry regulatory matters.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Meredith practiced as a litigation associate at Irell & Manella LLP and Vedder Price. She also clerked for the Honorable Robert R. Beezer and the Honorable Richard C. Tallman at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Seattle, Washington.
Ms. Meredith graduated, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as an editor on the Executive Board of the Georgetown University Law Journal and as a member of the Georgetown Gilbert & Sullivan Society. Before Ms. Meredith started law school, she worked as a trial clerk at the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. Ms. Meredith obtained her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from American University, where she was a member of the University Honors Program and a Presidential Scholar.
