Joshua C. McDaniel
Josh McDaniel is an associate at the firm with experience in a wide range of practice areas, including securities class actions, environmental law, business torts, and contract disputes.
Before joining the firm, Mr. McDaniel served as a law clerk to Judge Jay S. Bybee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to Judge Cormac J. Carney of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. McDaniel previously practiced as a litigation associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP.
Mr. McDaniel graduated first in his class from UCLA School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor on the UCLA Law Review and a Michael T. Masin Scholar. He received top honors in the UCLA Moot Court Competition, winning the Greines, Martin, Stein & Richland LLP Outstanding Team award and receiving individual recognition as the competition’s yearlong highest-scoring brief writer. Mr. McDaniel did his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, graduating magna cum laude.
